Description: The heir of a old tuscan family has decided to sell this elegant villa and farmhouse complex, not far from the center of Calci, including antique furnitures. The complex is accessible through a private gate and lane. In front of the main facade is a well kept garden of about 5000 square meters where a simple inscription records the date of the last restoration, dating back to the 20's of XX century. There is also a second access along the stone walls, that leads directly to the courtyard, where we can still see the previous mill, the old coppaio where the olive oil produced was collected, and several cellars for the wine storage. Here we find also the apartment of the house keeper. In the villa, a corridor decorated with precious works of art connects the entrance hall with the sitting room, spacious kitchen and smoking room with nearby WC. On the same level there is a second large living room with two windows, balconies, the master bedroom with large balcony overlooking the park, a second and a third bedroom and a spacious study with two windows and balcony. At the end of the corridor we find a bathroom and two further bedrooms, the living room with fireplace decorated with original furnishings with access to the panoramic terrace of 60 square meters, mostly facing south with great views of the private land of about 4.8 hectares. The ground floor and outbuildings have a total surface of 720 square meters, the first floor has a surface of 610 sqm tastefully furnished, while the top floor has a surface of 590 square meters and is actually used as a storage room with an average height of 2.90 meters.

Area: In the valley which crosses the river Zambra, commonly known as Valgraziosa, is the village of Calci. Its name suggests the lime around the area or a Greek installation (Calcidesi) . This area was probably inhabited during the Roman period but first written documentation is from 8th to 12th century. During medieval times Calci was known as an important market centre, then in the Medicean times for hunting and summer stays. In the vicinity of Calci is the small village of Montemagno (198 metres above sea level) known as the birthplace of Pope Eugenio III Paganelli (1145-1153).
