Description: Ancient large farmhouse located only few kilometers from San Giuliano Terme and 7 km from the historic center of Pisa. The structure, built probably around the end of the nineteenth century, but whose sandstone entrance portal makes us think about more distant origins, is set on three floors and offers an area of about 600 square meters. Traces of the original use of the building can be seen on the ground floor where there are the old stables, high ceilings and brick arches, as well as bread oven. Also on the ground floor is the kitchen and the dining room with fireplace of the first apartment, with comfortable internal staircase leading to the first floor, where there are three large bedrooms and bathroom with beams and rafters and terracotta floors. A wooden staircase gives access to the loft occupied by two rooms with a height between 2.10 meters and 2.40 meters. The second largest apartment is set on one floor, and is accessible directly from the country road at the back of the house. This apartment has two entrances, kitchen, two bathrooms, two service rooms, sitting room and three large bedrooms. A storage room is accessible by a separate entrance and on the other side of the road that leads to two other houses and to olive groves , there is also a covered porch and a small pigshed. The house needs a complete renovation to redesign the interior floor plans in order to get closer to modern housing standards: for the surface and the location can be interpreted for accommodation business projects. At the front of the property there is a beautiful terraced garden. excellent location, easily accessible, and with open views over the village.

Area: The Monti Pisani delineate the northern boundary of the province of Pisa, separating it from Lucca. Peaks are not very high but the scenarios are different: gentle slopes and valleys crossed by streams. The mountains have a vegetation of chestnut and pine trees, while their slopes have different appearance due to the growing of vines and olives. The long road that runs along the slopes of the Pisan mountains, called simply "lungomonte", is characterized by small villages and castles, monasteries, churches and ruins of aqueducts.
