Comune tax in Italy
There are two local property taxes in Italy which are both based on the property's rental value according to the local land registry: the ICI (imposta comunale Sugli Immobili) which is paid by all the people in June and December, that own a house in Italy and is calculated on the value of the house itself, and the rubbish collection, normally quite cheap.
